You can enable donations in the Helping Together section of the Yandex Go app.

Donations are made automatically after paying for rides by card

Donations are first sent to the NIKA Foundation, an infrastructure fund that helps and partners with other non-profit organizations. Once a quarter, NIKA distributes donations equally to four charitable organizations: Armenian Mothers, VIVA, Hurry to Kindness, and City of Smile

Contributions help charitable organizations provide assistance to those in need, finance programs, and support their operations.

In the Yandex Go app. In the menu on the left, open the Helping Together section.

There can be several reasons why donations aren’t charged. If they’re not, please contact Support. Also check that payment by card is selected.

You can manage your donation subscription in the Yandex Go app. Open the Helping Together section in the menu on the left to change the donation amount or unsubscribe.
