Promotion terms and conditions
1. From September 11 to September 24, 2023, users of the Yandex Go app (“Users”) who make payments using the Faster Payments System (“FPS”) are provided with a discount on one ride requested in the Yandex Go app.
When the discount is provided
2. The discount is provided for rides in the following service classes: Economy, Comfort, Comfort+, Kids, Minivan, Business, Premier, Élite, and Cruise.
3. The discount is only provided after the cashless payment for the ride by the User.
4. To use the discount, select FPS as the main payment method in the Yandex Go app. The discount will be applied automatically.
5. The discount is only provided in the Russian Federation.
6. The discount is only provided when requesting a ride in the Yandex Go app.

When the promotion does not apply
7. The discount is not provided for payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
8. The discount is not provided when paying for the ride in cash.
9. The discount does not apply when paying for rides with a Plus Card.
Yandex Account/Account: An electronic means of payment used to transfer electronic funds solely for personal, family, household, and other needs not related to business activities, and for which Yandex Bank JSC (OGRN: 1077711000091) issued a Plus Card. Plus Card: An electronic means of payment used to transfer electronic money, and receive electronic money refunds to Yandex Account balance. The Plus Card does not have a balance separate from the Yandex Account. It does not have a physical carrier and cannot be provided to the User as a plastic card or card information.
10. The discount cannot be (1) received by the User as a cash equivalent, (2) given away, transferred or used in any other way except by the User themselves in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Discount size and promotion restrictions
11. The discount is up to 30% of the price of the ride, with a maximum discount of ₽600 per ride.
12. The number of rides with the discount is limited and set at the discretion of Yandex Go. Yandex Go has the right to change the conditions for providing discounts unilaterally, and such changes come into force when the updated version of the terms and conditions for providing discounts is published. Yandex Go has the right to cancel this Promotion unilaterally without any prior notice to Users.
