Together with RBK Media Group, we explained to users the standards a truly safe modern taxi ride should meet. We ran a special project on Autonews website consisting of a popular guide on our service standards and a test for users, where they could try playing the role of a driver and answer complicated questions. One important part of the project was the recommendations for taxi drivers on how to travel more safely around the city — both as a driver and passenger.
