Yandex Go is an informational service and not a transportation or taxi services provider. Transportation services are provided by third parties. Any statements displayed are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer or promise.

The following terms, conditions, and limitations apply to any advertisement materials which display a price of a ride:

The prices displayed (i) are not an offer or promise, (ii) are estimates and actual prices may vary depending on traffic, time of the day, demand and other conditions, (iii) relate to rides ordered within the area(s) in Turkey where the Yandex Go service is available, and (iv) are valid for a limited period of time and may be changed or revoked without notice or providing any compensation or substitute. Where a relevant badge is displayed, the following is applicable: App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

Discounts and promo codes

The following terms, conditions, and limitations apply to promo codes:

(1) Available in Antalya and Izmir regions.

(2) No money equivalent will be paid to compensate for unused discounts.

(3) Expired discounts cannot be renewed.

(4) If a discount does not cover the full price of the ride, the customer will be responsible for paying the balance of the price of the ride as calculated by the Yandex Go mobile application after the application of the discount.

(5) These terms and limitations and the terms and limitations as supplied with the promo code and (or) available on this website shall be read and understood as complementary.

(6) These terms may be changed at any time by the operator of Yandex Go service without a notice and without payment of any compensation.

(7) The promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes and new users’ discounts.

(8) Yandex Go has the right to periodically conduct experiments in order to improve the quality of the Service, within the framework of which the procedure for calculating the promo codes and discounts specified above may be changed depending on the scope of the special functions of the Service provided by Yandex Go. The conditions and duration of the experiment are determined at the discretion of Yandex Go.

Discounts for new users

The 50% (max 450 TRY) discount is valid on the first ride for new users in Izmir and Antalya regions, the 25% (max 200 TRY) discount is valid on the rides from 2 to 10 rides for new users in Izmir and Antalya regions until 31.12.2025. The discount for new users cannot be combined with other promo codes.
